You will be able to save your submission as a draft if you need to leave the site and return to finish. We request the submitting author to include all co-authors’ when submitting. Co-authors will be searchable within the portal if they participated in 2017, if they are have not previously created a profile please include their name and email. Following submission, the co-authors will be notified of the finalized submission. Once the submission is complete, an email will be sent to all co-authors for them to create their profiles.

Notification of decision will be sent via email to the corresponding author: 15 July 2019

Structure is permitted, but not required: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions

  • Multiple paragraphs are permitted
  • Do not use bold or underline formatting; italics are permitted
  • Use numerals to indicate numbers unless they are at the beginning of a sentence
  • References are to be cited within the text, not as footnotes
  • Figures and Tables are not included in the text count and must be uploaded as separate files. See below for file guidelines
  • Please ensure any symbols are viewable and accurate after entering your abstract
  • Abstracts must be in English

Title

  • Should objectively describe the study
  • Should be in sentence case
  • Should use generic rather than proprietary drug names
  • Should not allude to a result or conclusion of the study

Abstract type

  • Abstract
    • All types of clinic-based and laboratory-based research projects relating to CLL and related B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders are eligible for submission. If a clinical trial, indicate if the trial has been registered, the registry, and the registration number. Abstracts submitted are eligible for poster or oral during the program.
  • Encore abstracts
    • Abstracts containing updated data with respect to a presentation previously given may be submitted. Authors must supply information regarding the original presentation for identification and comparison purposes, indicating the name of the meeting, year and/or publication number.
  • 3 keyword requirement (user defined)
  • Figures and tables
    • Figures and tables must be submitted as images and thus do not count towards the character count limit. Files should be uploaded as jpeg, png or gif. PDF and TIF files are not permitted.
      • Upload each image separately
      • Include only one figure or table per image
      • 3 images maximum
      • No restrictions on file upload size

Ready To Submit Papers?

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
